Max Pässler was born in Johannesburg, South Africa to European parents. He grew up in Belgium, where he was enveloped by a multicultural society which has strongly influenced his writing, art, and world view. After studying musicology and art history, he decided to continue his journey of becoming a working writer and artist. His first story for the public was written at the age of ten and proudly published on the front window of a local butcher shop. He now publishes his own work for all to read.
